Treated like less than a number with food that is less than of value

Hello,
I'm taking the time to search for a place to make an honest review of Cassano's, Donato's and Tim Horton's.

A couple of days ago I and my friend visited Cassano's and the young girl behind the cash register is probably better placed in another job description as we had to repeat our short order 3 times all the while customers were building up a line behind us. Here's our order:
1. Deluxe calzone
2. Chicken parm dinner
3. Delux pizza
4. bud light in mug
5. sierra mist

The order was consumed within the building.

We were not offered cheese or pepper, nor did we receive the entire order (as a matter of fact we were about to leave before we realized that the salad w/blue cheese and bread sticks were not received).

So, upon bringing this to the cashier's attention we received a salad to go with ranch (I asked for blue cheese) and one bread stick.

There were two packets of crackers in the bag. They were VERY stale (not crispy stale but kind of moist stale).

In all, I don't believe in financing bad business and in retrospect cannot possibly give a thumbs up to this store for service or quality of food prepared/served which is unfortunate because we are walking distance from your store.

As a final note, what constitutes a DELUXE calzone? Firstly, a trip to NY or somewhere where there's an italian will show what a calzone looks and tastes like. This thing is we were served was very thin with a sprinkling of minimal portions of anything (no kidding...a common sandwich is twice as thick as this, a pizza with no toppings is twice as thick as this "calzone" that cassano's serves. Also, apparently they butter or spread oil on the outside to give it this strange texture / appearance...as for the oil YOU WILL BREAK ONE OF THESE OPEN AND CATCH AT LEAST 3 TABLESPOONS OF OIL FROM WHAT APPEARS TO BE NOTHING INSIDE???? go figure.
Amen.
