Kick the Norton Management out

My family and I have enjoyed this resturant location in many forms from Harbour Lights to Lincoln Park Grill. We have also enjoyed frequenting all those establishments many times over the years. This was my 2nd visit to the NEW Norton run Pavilion. They dumped their original menu and now have a bad bar food offering. The food and drinks were over priced and really bad. Saratoga Chips that were touted as great had so little cheese you had to look for it. Dry chicken wrap.No draft beer. Limited bottle beer selections. Short pours on mixed drinks. That only tells me they are having to pay cash for everyting from their suppliers. Not long in business. 3 strikes for this management team. The city of Kettering can do better than back this sort of poor management. Get a true resturant management outfit in there and not some local bar hole-in- the-wall folks and you have a GREAT LOCATION for a good resturant as you have always had.

Close this place!

Wasted alot of money on poor service and subpar food. Bring back Lincoln Park Grill! maybe Momma DeSalvo's should buy this place and turn it into a nice restaurant for all the Fraze events!

Needs a lot of help - has great potential though

I had dinner here on a week night. I was disapointed that the menu was 3 sheets of paper staple in the top corner and it did not offer the same menu as the website. The waitress was pleasant but not able to serve us as a waitress normally would as she was also waiting on a party in a private room The food was surprisingly hot and tasted good, but the atmosphere left much to be desired and a bit bothersome that there were few patrons. I think if they would dress up the place a bit, have real menus, a better selection of food and have the staff more informed of the specials and what they actually have available - like soup of the day- instead of checking with the kitchen, this would be a nice restaurant. I blame mangement for this. It is a great location just poor management. Will I go back? Probably not. I will be curious to see if they are still in business before the Fraze activites start - but probably won't be.

RETURN UNLIKELY

We used to enjoy going to Lincoln Park Grille and were disappointed when Norton’s went in. But we gave Norton’s a couple of chances and found a subpar sports bar atmosphere with food of the freezer-to-microwave variety. So, when we heard that the restaurant was being revamped once again, we gave it another try. We were even more disappointed on this trip. The atmosphere is largely unchanged; the service was poor and the food inedible. We ordered a large pizza for $19.45. The crust was tough and chewy and there was very little sauce, cheese or ingredients on top. We would have told the waitress, but she never game back until it was time to clear our plates. At that time we told her what was wrong as she removed an almost full pizza plate. She disappeared again and we had to waive her down to get the bill. Our biggest disappointment is that even after we showed her the pizza, she didn’t apologize or make it right. A few dollars off, a coupon towards the next visit, etc. can go a long way towards making a dissatisfied customer come back. We usually give a new place several tries over a period of time to work out the kinks, but this time we are wondering, “Why should we come back?”

AWESOME!!!!!

Pavilion Grille has a whole new concept, menu and image! The pizza (Pavilion Pie) is outstanding. They have a great wine selection, plus they have a wine carry-out sales license...so you can take home a bottle of your favorite!!! And they don't charge extra to use their meeting/banquet room and allow you to design your own event menu. All in all, a great place to be!

Awfull!!!!!

Worst food and service I ever had. I'd rate it minus five stars.
